Weekend in D-Town

Last weekend we went to Doylestown (Mary's hometown) to visit with family. We had a family wedding reception to go to. It was nice to see everyone. Michael really enjoyed dancing with Ava.(Unfortunately we couldn't stay for the polka dancing... because of Ava's bedtime!) :)
Ava and Hannah had fun playing together, as always. (They enjoyed getting spoiled by grandma and grandpa, too!






We even got to see Danika (mary's best friend from home) and her husband Bryan on our way out of town. We totally forgot to take a picture of Ava with them!

I think that was the last wedding of the summer.....

Bath Time

Weekend

Jen and Tim came to visit this weekend. We had a lot of fun and we're excited for them to get married soon. (in November) Michael and Jen realized that they have been friends for 10 years! (They met in chemistry class in 10th grade.)
They are really fun people and we're so glad that we could finally all get together.
Jen snapped a few pics with our new camera and gave Michael some photography tips. She is so talented!
In other news, Ava is pulling up on everything in sight.. We can hardly believe how independent she is becoming.

Katrina & Steve's Wedding

We went to Katrina(michael's cousin) and Steve's wedding last weekend in Amelia. It was a really nice wedding and we got to see the big Iles family at the reception which is always fun. Congratulations guys! We are so excited for you, getting married was one of the best decisions we ever made, it's awesome!

Visit to Tennessee

Last week, we went to Tennessee for a long weekend. It was so fun! We went to visit Dave, Leanna, Sammy, Madison, and baby Sadie (Mary's brother and his family) They live in Franklin, just south of Nashville.
We had a blast just hangin out, catching up, and swimming in the pool. Ava really loved playing with her cousins. She barely even acknowledged us because she was so busy playing with the big kids :) She felt pretty cool!
We finally got to meet Sadie... she is so cute and she is such a good baby.

I thought that I would try to snap some pictures with her sunglasses on, just for fun... Usually the second I put them on, she pulls them straight off, but not this time. It was almost as if she was modeling them! I was laughing so hard when I took these pictures.....
